About My Personal Training Program

On the 1st free lesson, we will have a good conversation about your goals and expectations. Then we will do a small physical evaluation to stipulate some goals to achieve in 1 month.

My method is a combination of the best exercises from these physical activities:

  1. Fitnesse workout
  2. Functional training
  3. Gymnastic exercises
  4. Lift weight
  5. Calisthenics (exercises with your body weight)
  6. Stretching
  7. Basic Pilates & Yoga
  8. Breathing exercises

I am going to change your lifestyle & habits forever making you another person: healthier, sportier & much more energetic!

Yes, I will teach you nutritional education & improve your “eating mindset” with smart eating.

No, you do not need to bring anything as I am going to provide all the best materials for your private training.

Yes, since you tell me with 24 hours advance notice that you want to cancel or change the time of your lesson.

You can choose your best time. I have availability from Monday to Sunday from 5 am to 11 pm.

You can train at the gym of my condo at Point Loma and I also can go to your house or favorite place for training, like the beach or some park in San Diego.

The lessons have 1 hour and are divided in four kind of physical activities:

  1. Cardio activities for health & fat loss.  
  2. Training for toning the muscles & bones.
  3. Gymnastic for increasing your agility & physical coordination.
  4. Exercises for postural reeducation & avoid any body pain.

During the 1st free lesson, we will talk about how many times per week you will train and then you can pay for the pack of lessons in cash, Venmo or Zelle.
